Returns Policy
The AJ returns policy is outlined below. If you need to make a return please read the policy and then click here to submit a returns request to AJ. We aim to respond to your online Return request within 24 hours. Please note you have to be logged in to do this. All returns require a valid returns authorisation number so please use the
form provided so we are able to deal with your request as swiftly as possible.
PLEASE FOLLOW THIS PROCESS:
- Please login using your email and order id. Use the email you used on your order and the order id can be seen on the order confirmation email
- Displays the list of products ordered for the order id
- Click on the reference number of the item you wish to return
- A tick box will appear next to the product. Click the box and press the "Return these products" button.
- Fill in the short form with the reason for return / serial number and click the "Return these products"
- You will receive an email confirming your request and you will be able to view the progress of your return by visiting the "your returns" tab at any time.
- Check the status of your returns frequently. We may leave important information there for the handling of your return.
