How to buy a product using our site

How to Buy

Thank you for your interest in AJ. The purchase process is outlined for you below. We have tried to make our site as simple to use as possible.

1. Find the products you require, if you need help with this check out our Efficient Searches section.
2. On each product you will be able to see the price, the stock status, accessories and in-depth descriptions.
3. Once you have found a product you wish to buy click the Add To Basket button.
4. You can continue shopping for other items buy clicking continue shopping.
5. Once you have added all the items you require to the basket click on the 'Go to Checkout' button.
6. Verify you are happy with the contents of your basket, and proceed to the delivery section. If you are not logged in at this point, you will be asked to do so. New customer will also need to create an account at this stage.
7. Choose the delivery option you would like to use for this order, and proceed to the customer details stage. More details on our delivery services can be found here.
8. Verify your details are correct, check the Terms & Conditions box, and continue to the payment stage.
9. If you are making a card payment, please fill out the Credit Card information to place your order. Customers who are spending over a certain amount will also have the option to place a finance order. Details on finance orders can be found here.
10. After submission of your payment request, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your payment, and we will begin processing your order!
