We have listed the process you will be taken through below if you do not understand any of these points or require further assistance please check our FAQ, or contact us here.

1. Simply place the items you require in the basket as normal. In order for finance to be available for your order, you must spend a minimum amount!
2. Once you are happy with your order, proceed to choose a delivery option (If you are not logged in at this point you will be asked to log in, and new customer will be asked for their details)
3. After logging in and choosing your delivery options, ensure your personal details are correct. Don't forget to check the Terms and Conditions box!
4. You will now be able to choose a payment method. If you wish to pay by card, you can fill out the form on the left. For finance, please click the button on the right hand side.
5. You will then be presented with the different finance options available for your order. Please select an option and proceed.
6. You will be asked to complete a credit application with our Finance partners, V12 Finance. After completing your application with them you will be informed of the next Stages of your order.
7. In the event of your credit check failing unfortunately we will be unable to help you with your order. There are a number of services available that allow you to check your credit status online, if you have been refused credit and would like to know why visit http://www.equifax.co.uk/
